Shipping Policy

All Orders for free shipping in USA only!

USPS 3-5 business days
 

• Orders placed Monday through Friday typically ship the same or next business day. • Most orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day (Monday). Though we process your orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week except Holidays, USPS carriers pick up packages Monday through Friday only.

• All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Massachusetts.

Return & Refund Policy

  • If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package and a buyer is responsible for return shipping cost

  • We try to make returns as easy as possible for our online customers. Please contact us immediately if you have any problems with your purchase either on our website contact page or via email at Sales@usagrandsumo.com . Returns are accepted within 30 days from the day the customer receives the item.

    Once the seller receives the item back from you, or once the seller agreed to refund you and you return the item, the seller has 2 business days to issue your refund. When the seller does, you'll receive an email letting you know.

    It usually takes 3 to 5 business days for a PayPal refund to go through. If you paid with a credit card, it may take up to 30 days to process, depending on your card provider.
